We specialize in acquiring and managing apartment complexes and other multifamily properties in high-growth areas across the Southeast part of the country. Our mission is to maximize the value of our partners’ investments through rigorous analysis, strategic planning, and efficient execution.

About the Founder

Corri Golden

Corri is the founder of Golden Investments LLC. He has acquired multifamily properties and is general partner (GP) in multifamily development projects in Tennessee, Kentucky and North Carolina. Corri’s experience in the real estate industry stems back to 2004, where he worked as a commercial real estate affiliate broker, while earning his degree in Business and Real Estate Urban Development. Later, he transitioned into commercial real estate Property Management where he managed over a million square feet of retail, office, and industrial properties. Corri has been an investing in real estate since 2019, acquiring properties valued over thirteen million dollars.

Board of Advisors

In addition to the growing real estate portfolio, Corri has been able to continuously grow his professional network and leverage those relationships to gain expansive knowledge of the industry as well as accomplish his goals. Key members of that network include mentors and advisors such as Jason and Pili Yarusi of Yarusi Holdings as well as Chad King of Titan Capital Group. Their combined multifamily holdings/transactions total over $260M.
